Stand straight with your foot against a wall, and measure the distance from point A to B. (To ensure an accurate reading when measuring, flatten your feet by shifting your weight forward)
2. Choose your size
Choose the size closest to the length of your feet from the chart. If one of your feet is longer than the other one, always choose the longest side.
