RETURN
In the event of manufacturing defect and order fault, returns are fully accepted and Pvra guarantees a full refund. The matter should be informed to us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Return shoes must be in their original condition. Returned shoes must also include the original shoe box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Original shipping costs are only refundable in the case of manufacturing defect and order fault. Pvra reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
Refund will be process within 3 working days after request.
EXCHANGE
Yes you can exchange your purchase (applied for full priced items only) ! You are able to exchange to other sizes and other styles with the same price or more (if you choose a product with a lower price, the value difference will not be refundable), within 5 working days of receiving your product. Items bought at our offline store cannot be refunded or exchanged online. In all exchange cases, original shipping costs are non - refundable. Vice versa, items bought online cannot be exchange offline. Exchange shoes must be in their original condition. Exchange shoes must also include the original shoe box, dust bags, packaging accessories, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange. Pvra reserves the right to refuse any exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
If your exchange is accepted, Pvra will send you a store credit that can be use to make a new order in our website.
If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the store credit will not be issued.
Please kindly be informed, that you can only exchange your product with items that are available on our website when you received the store credit (store credit will be expired after one year). We are not able to hold any stocks in any case of exchange.
