REPAIR
We have a 180 days warranty policy. During the warranty period, we will repair and replace at no charge (exclude delivery - free delivery applies to special case only), products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. You will receive a Warranty Card inside your box. You have to keep this Warranty Card for proof of purchase. If you need any reparation services, the Warranty Card has to be sent to us, along with your defective items. Pvra reserves the right to refuse any reparation request in the absent of the Warranty Card.
