HOW TO ORDER

HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Click on "SHOES", and browse the items that you desire! Once you're ready, simply "Add to Cart" and proceed to payment.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
You will be guided to our Payment Page (by Midtrans), and be given an instruction to pay via BANK TRANSFER ONLY to a unique virtual account (please note that this account number can only be used ONCE, the account number will expire in 4 hours) that is given to you or via Mandiri Bill. You have 4 hours to complete the payment, or your order will automatically be cancelled.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please kindly note that bank transfers is highly recommended to be done through ATM instead of internet banking due to specific cut off time of clearing system applied to internet banking.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER I MADE MY PAYMENT?
To make life easier, your transaction will automatically be confirmed by our system once you make your transfer. Therefore, you do not need to confirm your payment.

AFTER THAT, WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY ORDER?
We will proceed your order to shipment within a maximum of 2 working days after payment.

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM OR REQUEST FOR A CUSTOME ORDER?
Pvra provides ready-stock items only!

IS THAT REAL LEATHER THAT YOU USE IN YOUR SHOES?
Of course! Pvra use the finest, hand-picked, 100% genuine leather!

CAN I ORDER AS MANY SHOES AS I WANT?
Currently, we have a policy of maximum of 3 pieces per transaction.

 

WARRANTY

DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY POLICY?
We have a 180 days warranty policy. During the warranty period, we will repair and replace at no charge (exclude delivery - free delivery applies to special case only), products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. You will receive a Warranty Card inside your box. You have to keep this Warranty Card for proof of purchase. If you need any reparation services, the Warranty Card has to be sent to us, along with your defective items. Pvra reserves the right to refuse any reparation request in the absent of the Warranty Card.

Pvra shoes fit small to size. For a complete sizing guide, kindly refer to our SIZING CHART that’s listed on the product page.

Jabodetabek: Next Day Delivery
Outside Jabodetabek: 1 - 4 Business Days
*Kindly note, that all shipment will be process within a maximum of 2-business days after payment. All shipments are process with express services from JNE & SiCepat, except for certain remote areas that are not supported by the service.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SHIPPING COST?
We use the rate of JNE & SiCepat, you can kindly visit their website for an estimate shipping cost.
